My 1st Years simply started five years ago. The owners, Jonny and Dan, had a friend who just had a baby girl. They wanted to give the baby an original and timeless gift which was personal but still affordable. They could not get any gift to suit the idea they had in mind so they decided to make it themselves. After so much effort, the owners were finally able to come up with their first pair of baby shoes which was loved by the baby, her parents and even their friends and relatives. Requests for similar things came from all around. This signified the birth of ‘my 1st years’as Jonny and Dan realised they could expand their idea.

About My 1st Years

Since inception, the major aim of the company has been to provide personalised as well as affordable baby items. The company started with a pair of baby shoes, but now, its range company has since expanded to include teddy-bears, toys, blankets, clothes, bed, bath, and other home accessories for babies. 

The website is operated by Infinity Reliance Limited, a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at Infinity Reliance Limited, Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex.

ORDERS: is a site that is user friendly and very easy to navigate. To place an order, you have to go through the checkout process after adding all the items you want to order to your cart.  Following any order properly checked out, you will receive an email about your order, with full details of the products you have ordered. 

At this point, where an order is accepted, it will be dispatched to the customer immediately. Where it is not, the customer will be informed that the order has been cancelled. An order may be cancelled for the following reasons;

(a) the goods are not available

(b) authorisation for your payment can not be obtained

(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error

(d) If the customer does not meet any eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions on the website.

(e) If the order is to be delivered outside of Europe. 

(f) If the order for personalised products contains content which is threatening or abusive.

(g) If there is grounds to believe that an order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.

DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS: from time to time, gives out promotional deals and discounts. These deals are accessible only through the use of the discount codes which will be provided. However, these codes cannot be exchanged for cash neither can they be transferred. These codes are however not applicable to items whose prices have been slashed due to one offer or the other and must be used during checkout. The codes also have an end date after which they would cease to work so be sure to check them for end dates. They also do not apply to shipping and delivery costs.  


Generally, orders placed at can be cancelled within seven (7) working days of receiving the items. However, orders for personalised or customised items can not be canceled. Cancelling of order must be done in writing showing the order number, sent by an email or by telephone 


When ordering  products, you are required to fill in the delivery address. You can also fill in the address of the recipient which will be different from the billing address. Where there, is a mistake as to address filled,  you may make a request to send out the item after it has been returned to the proper address. This will however, cost you an extra charge for posting out. Deliveries are also available within and outside Europe.

For deliveries outside Europe, it may be subjected to import duties and taxes levied by local customs offices in the destination country which the customer will be liable for.

Deliveries within the United Kingdom, may be done with the Next Day delivery option. Where it is made, before 1p.m, it will be delivered that same day. However, the standard delivery option, allows products to be delivered within seven (7) working days. This option is free when the order is above £50.  Where orders are not delivered, the site makes provisions for liability subject to the terms and conditions of the order, if the complaint is lodged by email within ten days after which the item(s) have been ordered.


In the event that the item(s) delivered are not satisfactory, customers can contact the company with the customer support team. Where the company is liable, the customer can return the item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. These items may either be refunded or exchanged promptly. However, items to be returned are customer’s liability till it reaches the company. 

Customers can not return goods; made, personalised or customised specifically for you or not returned in its original packaging. 

Where item(s) or any of the item(s) delivered were not what was ordered for, or is faulty, the company will immediately make sure you get a new product provided the complaint was lodged within seventy two hours of receiving package, and package is returned in its original pack.
