For in-stock items, it guarantees a next day delivery service, 7 days a week to delivery postcodes within the Yorkshire-region. It is pertinent to note that even though it often delivers to DN and YO postcodes on a next day delivery service, it does not guarantee this service for these specific postcodes. Also in exceptional cases and usually unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, traffic congestion or full capacity, it may not be able to deliver next day but will endeavour to deliver on the next available day. It is pertinent to note that all orders must be placed before 4pm for next day delivery.
Sonic direct also aims to provide the same next day delivery service throughout the UK, this, however, is subject to service availability to its third party carriers.
For Nationwide Delivery, sonic direct aims to offer a simple and convenient delivery choice some of its delivery options are the Standard Delivery of which the delivery will be made to your doorstep only. Having placed your order, you will be contacted by email or telephone to arrange a convenient delivery date. It is important to note that for small items/appliances for instance, Small Appliances, Cleaners & Floorcare, Audio & Hi-Fi, Hobs, Hoods and TVs up to 42" it will dispatch the goods via Parcel Force on a tracked next working day delivery service, subject to stock availability. In general, where an order contains more than one item, once all items are available, all items will be delivered at the same time.Every Morning, Saturday and next working day deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
Sonic direct only deliver goods to the address on the order. You will be contacted by telephone and/or email to confirm your delivery date. Once your delivery date has been agreed, you must be present on this day to take delivery.
It's delivery times are calculated in working dates, for instance Monday to Friday but excluding bank holidays. If you order after 3.00pm, it is important that you calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day this also includes if you are offered it's next working day delivery service.
If in any case or situation, you are unable to accept delivery on the day agreed, it is important that you notify it's National Customer Support Centre as soon as possible and at least 24 hours ahead of the planned delivery day. If this is not done within this time and it is unable to deliver the goods to your home on the day that is agreed and scheduled,a right is reserved to charge a second delivery fee.
In addition, all item(s) must be unpacked and inspected on delivery. A signature checked or unchecked means that the product is in good condition and that you are satisfied with the delivery and no claim can be entered into following delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sonic direct offers a very comfortable return policy. You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery or collection for credit or refund. But, it is however important to note that you have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and in such a case, you are advised to return the product with the original packaging to make sure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. It is pertinent to ensure that all components and accessories are also returned with the product.

It is pertinent to note that, if the order was placed in-store, you will be contacted by the store to arrange the return. If you would like to collect the goods, sonic direct will be happy to do so provided that it is operating this service in your local area. You will be charged with its normal collection rates for the provision of this service. You may contact the Customer Support Centre to arrange collection.
In most cases, its Customer Support Centre will advise you as to the best course of action in arranging the return. The Customer Support Centre may issue a Returns Authorisation Number and it is important that this should be quoted on any paperwork when returning goods. The Returns Authorisation Number is valid for up to 14 days only and it is important that the goods are received at its Returns Division within 14 days from the date of issue of the Returns Authorisation.It is however pertinent to note that your right to cancel is not dependent on the use of a Returns Authorisation Number.
