Delivery information

The company works extra hard to deliver majority of its products to its customers the next working day, as long as order is made before 5:30pm. Special order items are estimated to be between 4-21 working days. While its couriers make so much effort in delivering items promptly, occasionally, items may arrive a day later. If after two days items still haven’t arrived, the company should know about it and should have contacted you. If for some reasons you haven’t been reached, kindly contact the company as soon as possible.

Delivery is free for orders above £70! For orders below £35, a £7.99 delivery fee will be charged, and £30.00 if delivery is to islands and highlands. For orders between £35 and £70, delivery will cost £4.99 only, £30.00 if delivery is to highlands and islands, and £40.00 for furniture items (except for office chairs).

Orders are delivered by FedEx couriers or local business partner. This ensures that orders are delivered fast and don’t get lost in the post. Furniture items are delivered by a designated furniture courier within 2-7 working days. Delivery of products is made from 9am until 5:30pm on working days.

Returns Policy

All returns to be made must be reported online within 7 days after delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, sealed and unused. Arrangement will be made for items to be collected (unless otherwise agreed). There may be a 20% handling charge on returns made by businesses. Damaged or faulty products will be undertaken by and replacement goods provided. Damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
